I'm a Design Lead at Deloitte, currently leading UX for Google Cloud NetApp Volumes. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise software and AI — the messy, high-stakes workflows people have to trust to do their jobs. I design the layer that makes that trust possible — clear explanations, and a human kept in the loop.
I didn't start in design. I trained as an electronics and communication engineer, and somewhere between circuits and interfaces I realised the part I loved most was making complex things understandable. That instinct has stuck through every role since Oracle, where I helped define scalable standards on the Redwood design system; Infosys and TCS before that, learning enterprise UX from the ground up.
These days I spend as much time growing designers as I do designing. I mentor a team of five, set UX direction across long roadmaps, and think a lot about design systems — the unglamorous part that actually makes work consistent at scale. I'm certified as a Generative AI Leader by Google and in HCI for AI Systems Design by the University of Cambridge, but honestly, the credential I value most is a workflow someone can actually finish without calling support.
If there's a thread through all of it, it's this: technology should feel less like technology. The best compliment my work can get is that no one noticed it was there.
